1. Initial Consultation
We start with a conversation to understand your venue, event, inspiration and what you're hoping to achieve with draping. At this stage we'll discuss your ideas, rough measurements (if known), budget and any venue requirements.2. Concept & Quote
Based on our discussion, we prepare a tailored draping proposal outlining the recommended installations, fabric selections and investment required. This may include reference imagery or mock-ups to help visualise the final look.3. Design & Planning
Once your booking is confirmed, we refine the details together. This includes finalising fabrics, colours, installation locations, measurements, logistics and coordinating with your venue or other suppliers where required.4. Installation Day
Our team manages the complete installation on site, including all draping hardware, fabrics and styling elements. We ensure everything is professionally installed and event-ready before guests arrive.5. Pack-Down
After your event, we return to carefully remove all draping and equipment, leaving the venue as required.From the first conversation through to installation and pack-down, we manage the entire process so you don't need to worry about sourcing fabrics, equipment, measurements or logistics.
